In force from 31 October 2026
These terms are between Chillishot Limited, company number 06493118, trading as Footer365 ("Footer365", "we"), and an organisation that applies for its discount for charities, education and the public sector ("you"). They are terms of a discount under section 2.3 of the Customer Agreement, and form part of it from the day you apply for as long as you have the discount, and afterwards for anything that arose while you applied for or had it. A word defined in the Customer Agreement has the same meaning here.
2.1 You are eligible if you are one of these, and Footer365 invoices you directly, with no reseller:
2.2 A customer billed through a reseller or distributor cannot apply. Its prices are the ones it agrees with its reseller. You can apply only once the version of the Customer Agreement that applies to you includes section 2.3, which these terms rely on.
3.1 One of your organisation's own Super Admins applies on Account > Settings, under "Charity, education and public sector discount", giving your registration number and, if you have one, a document that shows you are eligible, as a PDF, PNG or JPEG file of 5 MB or less. They confirm, for your organisation, that "The details above are true, and we will tell Footer365 if we stop being eligible." A reseller or anyone else working in your portal on your behalf cannot apply for you.
3.2 Footer365 checks your details, against the public register for your kind of organisation where there is one, and approves or refuses your application, acting reasonably. If it refuses, it tells you why.
4.1 The discount is the percentage for your kind of organisation that Footer365 publishes on its pricing page on the day your application is approved. It is taken off your organisation's own price from the next invoice after approval, and Account > Settings shows it with the date it applies from. It applies only while Footer365 invoices you directly.
4.2 If your own price is already as low as the discounted price, or lower, you keep your own price instead. The discount is not added to another price agreed for you.
4.3 Your percentage stays the one approved, even if the published percentage changes later. Footer365 may reduce it only as a price change under section 7.2 of the Customer Agreement. While you are in an organisation group, section 5A.2 of the Customer Agreement applies instead.
5.1 You confirm from time to time that you are still eligible. On a monthly subscription, the first confirmation is due a year after approval, and each later one a year after the last was due. On a committed term, a confirmation is due 35 days before the term renews: the first before the first renewal for which that day is at least 180 days after approval, and then before each renewal after it. On a committed term, a discount that is not confirmed therefore ends when the term renews, unless your renewal price was already held with the discount under section 6.5 of the Customer Agreement, in which case the held price, discount included, applies for the renewed term.
5.2 The date is shown on Account > Settings. From 60 days before it, one of your Super Admins can confirm there, for your organisation, that "We are still eligible for this discount, and the details we gave are still true." Footer365 reminds your account owner and accounts contact by email 30 days and 7 days before it is due.
6.1 The discount ends if:
6.2 When it ends, your price goes back to the price you had before the approval. That is a price increase under section 7.2 of the Customer Agreement: it takes effect after at least 31 days' notice, and not during a committed term before the term renews, and on a monthly subscription you may cancel before it takes effect. Footer365 tells your account owner and accounts contact by email. If it ends because the details you gave were not true, it ends instead from the next invoice, and that invoice charges the difference for every invoice since the discount applied, as section 7.2 of the Customer Agreement says.
6.3 Ending the discount does not affect any other right Footer365 has if the details you gave were not true.
Footer365 keeps your registration number and any document you upload with your application, for as long as your account exists, so that it can check and confirm your eligibility, as its privacy policy describes. The document is never at a public address.
Footer365 may change these terms, or the percentages it publishes, by publishing a new version. A change to these terms applies to applications made after it takes effect, and a change to a published percentage to applications approved after it takes effect. A change that would reduce or end a discount already approved takes effect only as a price change under section 7.2 of the Customer Agreement.
