Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how a site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage, and this policy covers them in the same way.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies. We ask for your consent before setting anything that needs it, and set nothing else that needs it.

Our network security provider, Cloudflare, may also set cookies of its own that are strictly necessary to tell people from automated traffic, including when its Turnstile check confirms that a person is sending our contact form or subscribing to updates on our status page. The click tracking service sets no cookie when you follow a tracked link, when a campaign image loads, or when you open a contact card.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the service to work, so blocking those will stop you signing in and using the portal.
To object to us remembering your time zone, block the footer365-tz cookie for the portal in your browser. Your browser still shows the times on a page in your own time, working them out itself, but the dates and times you type, such as a date filter or a campaign's start, and the report emails you set up while it is blocked, then follow UTC. Nothing else changes.
You can withdraw your agreement to the referral cookie at any time by deleting it in your browser, or with the "Forget this offer" button our website shows in its foot while it is set.
