CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 and Footer365 both add email signatures to Microsoft 365 mail server-side, and both have an Outlook add-in. The differences are in how they are priced and sold: CodeTwo sells one all-inclusive plan in US dollars or euros from 10 licences, and Footer365 sells one plan with every feature, in pounds, from a single seat. CodeTwo is well made and well reviewed, and like Footer365 it puts every feature in one plan. These are the differences, each read from the two companies' own pages.
CodeTwo publishes its prices in US dollars and euros only, so a UK organisation's bill moves with the exchange rate. Footer365's are in pounds sterling, for every number of seats.
CodeTwo starts at 10 licences. Footer365 is sold from 1 seat, with every feature, so a small team pays for the people it has.
Footer365 tracks the clicks on your banners, with campaign analytics, A/B tests and rotation included. CodeTwo's pricing page lists customer satisfaction analytics and does not mention click tracking.
Choose a 12, 24 or 36-month term and its price is fixed until it ends, with a further 5% off for two years and 10% off for three.
Like CodeTwo, a Footer365 monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no notice. It ends on the last day of the month in which you cancel.
CodeTwo's own files cannot be read by another product, so take the signature's HTML instead. Footer365 imports it, converts CodeTwo's merge fields into its own and copies the images.

Both include campaigns in their one plan, so the two compare like for like. CodeTwo quotes above 500 licences. Footer365 bills the user mailboxes in your directory, never fewer than a term's committed seats, which are counted when the term starts, and does not count shared, room and equipment mailboxes.

CodeTwo's own files (.c2cf, .c2tf and .c2ex) cannot be read by another product, so take the HTML instead and import it; see Import a signature from another provider.
Try it while CodeTwo still signs everyone else. Take the pilot group out of CodeTwo's rules if you can, or they see two signatures until you switch over.
Remove CodeTwo's rules, connectors and add-in in one sitting, so nobody is signed twice.
