Why teams move

What you gain by moving from Signature 365

Signature 365 is a capable product, and moving is only worth it for something you will use. These are the differences that come up, each worked out from the two companies' own published terms.

Clicks you can trust

Footer365 counts the clicks on your banners and leaves out the security scanners that open links to check them, so the figures are people. You can A/B test two banners and rotate several. Symprex's pricing page does not list click analytics.

A price fixed for up to three years

Choose a 12, 24 or 36-month term and its price is fixed until it ends, with a further 5% off for two years and 10% off for three.

Cancel a monthly plan at any time

Like Signature 365, a Footer365 monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no notice. It ends on the last day of the month in which you cancel, and nothing is invoiced after it.

Start with 1 seat

Signature 365's published prices start at 10 users. Footer365 is sold from 1, with every feature, so a small team pays for the people it has.

Less at every size Symprex publishes

On a yearly term, Footer365 costs less per user than Signature 365 at every number of users on Symprex's pricing page. The figures are in the table below.

A 30-day trial

Signature 365's trial is 14 days. Footer365's is 30, with every feature and no card, on your own mail.

Your signature comes with you

Import the HTML of the signature you have. Footer365 converts the merge fields Symprex writes into its own and copies the images across, so you do not start again.

Footer365's full curve, including its monthly prices and the discounts for two and three-year terms, is on the pricing page.

Moving across

How to move from Signature 365

Signature 365 goes on signing everyone until you switch it off, so there is no gap in your signatures. The full checklist is in Switching from another signature service.

1

Bring your signature across

Take the HTML of each signature and import it; Footer365 converts Symprex's merge fields and copies the images. See Import a signature from another provider.

2

Pilot with a small group

Try it while Signature 365 still signs everyone else. Take the pilot group out of Signature 365's rules if you can, or they see two signatures until you switch over.

3

Cut over

Remove Signature 365's rules, connectors and add-in in one sitting, so nobody is signed twice.

4

Cancel Signature 365 last

Once mail has gone out with only the Footer365 signature for a few days.
